I’ve had few bad experiences in the past, so I have quite a bit of anxiety, especially because I always need actual work done…drilling, fillings, etc. Dr. Shah and everyone at Azure Dental made me feel completely at ease through the entire appointment. When drilling, I didn’t even get a chance to speak up if there was some sensitivity, because Dr. Shah and Janine (I think that was her name) noticed my body tensing up and would immediately stop and ask if I was ok. Dr. Shah never pressured me into extensive treatments. Many teeth were given the designation of “we’ll watch that”, so I never felt like I was being talked into unnecessary work. All in all, the best dental experience I’ve ever had and I’ll be moving my entire family to that office. Bonus, it is right next to Market Street and the office is beautiful and clean. I watched Gray’s Anatomy through the filling work, too, so that was a great distraction! read less - 1 year ago

Now I can't wait to go back!Staff: Lindy, was so kind and calming. When I called to schedule an appointment I was not rushed, I rcvd emails and text reminders about appointments. I was able to reschedule and they even offered for me to come in on a Saturday. When I emailed I received a prompt response.Dentist: Dr. Shah is a kind and patient woman, you can tell she does her best to help you understand everything and has the calmest demeanor. In a way you feel like a child in her chair and like she is the best mom ever. haha I know that sounds weird but having someone in your mouth is so personal, she made me feel like she knew me and cared about me. On top of that, she did an amazing job. Facilities: TV, Netflix, high end office and waiting room, great location, clean, organized.I LOVE AZURE DENTAL!! read less - 3 years ago

Only dentist I don’t really mind going to :)Dr Shah is clearly customer oriented, she remembers what doesn’t bother me and what does and talks me through it (I really hate anesthetic needles!) which makes it much easier. Her bedside manner is very sweet.Shawna, one of her assistants, is also amazing. They both ask after me and what I’m up to every time I visit and remember comments I made over a year ago about future plans!Our entire family transferred over to her practice and never looked back. I am my wife were seen in the office for our routine dental care after a long hiatus. We found office to be very clean and well arranged. Dental assistant was very professional and courteous. I would say that this is one of the most thorough routine dental visit I have had in year where the dentist paid considerable attention to my dental hygiene and explained all the ongoing processes using the intra oral camera to my satisfaction. My wife's experience was similar and we both were very satisfied at the end of the treatment. Look forward to visiting consistently. Hope this helps others. read less - 5 years ago

There are dentist who can get the work done, but the trust I have in Aditi Shah speaks volumes with me. The concern and gentle care has put me at ease to really take the time to fix small problem before they get worst. Questions are always answered with a plan set from the first visit. If there is a problem she will take the time to fit you in and get you back to enjoying your day. I have been able to return to work with no after effects and Aditi Shah can get it done without pain or worries. I would be in bad shape by now if not for the professional dental care I receive from Dr. Aditi Shah. read less - 6 years ago
